Contact me if you'd like to arrange an initial consultation to help you decide if therapy is for you.

Individual therapy : £85-£95 (50 minutes)
Couple therapy: £110-£140 (50 minutes or 1 hour)

Sessions are usually weekly.

My fee takes into account whether your sessions are on Zoom or in person and time-of-day, we can discuss this at our initial meeting.

Confidentiality

All our communication, from your initial phone call or email to what is said within sessions is strictly confidential.

My London consulting room is in Farringdon/Clerkenwell, in between the City and the West End. The room is in a tranquil traffic-free courtyard, set back from Farringdon Road. It is easily accessible from Farringdon underground and rail stations and is a slightly longer walk from Chancery Lane tube.
