Contact me if you'd like to arrange an intial consultation to help you decide if therapy is for you.

Individual therapy: 50 minutes - £80-£90 per session.
Couple therapy:
Initial Consultation - £130 (up to 1-hour).
Ongoing sessions - £100-£120 (50 minutes)

Sessions are usually weekly.

I am concerned to ensure that therapy is affordable and it is always possible to discuss a fee that takes into account your personal circumstances

All our communication, from your intial phone call or email to what is said within sessions is strictly confidential.
